I've still got to experience Fallout 3 to its full extent - I spent 40 hours on it two years ago just wandering the wastes! I did 5% of the Trophies and didn't even bother with the main quest! Complete it up until the point you return to Mother Pearl for the last time. Volare! - Long quest (including all of the other associated side quests). Mr House and Caesar want the Brotherhood destoyed (use the control panel in their base and run!)Д§.

If allying with NCR or Yes Man you can choose not to destroy the Brotherhood. Still in the Dark - Complete this quest to the point where you have to (optionally) destroy the Brotherhood of Steel.

Oh My Papa - Only complete if allying with NCR and break the Great Khans' alliance with Caesar's Legion.Д¦. Boulder City Showdown - I ensured that the Great Khans were able to leave without being massacred but also keeping the NCR sweet.ДҐ. Beyond the Beef - Ally with the White Glove Society (Keeps Ceasar happy, no other main faction cares).Дў.

The best thing to do is to deal with Benny how and when you see fit and complete as many of these side quests as possible before siding with a faction.ДЎ. There are 7 side quests which directly relate to the main quests/factions:
